Local restaurant launches search for the best British recipes for new cookbook

Table Table restaurants are taking part in a nationwide search to discover the country’s classic British dishes, offering locals a chance to feature in the very first Table Table cookbook and also win a year of free meals at the restaurant.

In celebration of its new Best of British monthly specials menu filled with great British fayre made with seasonal ingredients from across the UK, the restaurant team are asking the local community to share their best local recipes, forgotten classics and family favourites. Winning recipes will be beautifully photographed and immortalised in print as part of the limited edition cookbook, with profits from the sale of the books going to international charity WaterAid.
